Meditation
This is an extremely effective method of relaxation and improving health, but also for working with your unconscious mind to achieve personal goals and desires. It does not have to mean sitting cross-legged in the lotus position - in fact you can meditate while walking! As well as utilising it in our coaching, workshops and chi kung, we help you learn to meditate.
Chi Kung
This is an ancient Chinese form of exercise, which involves gentle movements and is very meditative, creating stillness plus encouraging a calm body and a clear mind, with one of the immediate benefits being stress relief.
